Hey everybody! This week, I have my longtime friend Dr. Sam Rockwell on the show. He is the District Supervisor for the Gateway District of Foursquare Churches. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, Life Pacific College and Kings University, and a published author. Sam earned his PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and brings a great perspective on leadership and Church development. You’ll hear about the importance of being able to exegete your culture, how culture shock makes you a better pastor, and why we should pay attention to our systems.
