Hey everybody! This week I have the pleasure of interviewing Jim Scott. Jim is the director of Foursquare Missions International, my boss, and a dear friend. He has a Bachelors from California State University, a Masters from Fuller Seminary and a PhD from Bakke University. Jim has been involved with missions since he was a youth pastor, and is a phenomenal leader for the FMI team. In this interview, we discuss the importance of positioning yourself as a learner, what the local church can do to partner with global missions and FMI, and how FMI missionaries are funded.
