Hey everybody! About a year ago I found myself bitter, angry and very ungrateful. I was dealing with something in my life and had let it get the best of me. My thoughts, words and actions were from a spirit of criticism and judgment. I had to make some changes in life, one of which was to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. This past year I have discovered 7 benefits to being grateful. I discuss them in this week’s podcast.
