Hey everybody! There is a problem I have noticed worldwide with pastors. I often hear pastors say “There just aren’t any up and coming leaders available.” I think this is not a lack of people, but a blindness to leadership potential. I could think of no one better suited to discuss discipleship than Ralph Moore. He is a prolific author and a phenomenal leader. He started with one Church plant, and now a total of 2,317 churches can be traced back to it. Ralph was also the very first guest when I started this podcast about a year and a half ago.
