Hey everybody! Have you ever wondered why people who have come to know Christ are still so messed up? Have you wondered how the Holy Spirit brings not only new life in Christ, but a new lifestyle? Wonder how it’s possible to have a relationship with God but not completely restored? We are still in my sermon archives and starting a new series on Nehemiah. The series focuses on the restoration of the human personality and the rebuilding of the human character. If you missed last week, catch up on part one before listening to today’s episode.
I am taking a break through the summer on weekly interviews and will resume in the Fall. But wanted to keep us connected through the summer and provide you with something. I hope you find this series beneficial.

Hey everybody! We’re finishing up the series, Jacob Have I Loved. The past few weeks, we’ve been discovering how God works in our lives in order to change our hearts. We’ve been studying Jacob in this journey and today we will see it culminate with the focus on the produce of a changed heart.

Hey everybody! We’re continuing on with our series Jacob Have I Loved. This week we are going to talk about the power of a changed heart. I have found this to be important because it is nothing less than a transformation of your character. The healing of your character is a long, long journey. I don’t believe God intended for this process to go quickly, since the breaking points are where we meet with God. I take comfort in the fact God is patient an kind, and willing to put in the effort to work with us to transform our character. Through this sermon, I hope you gain hope, faith and a confidence that God is doing a work in you.

Hey everybody! This week we are entering into our summer schedule and we will be publishing episodes on a bi-weekly basis. I’m continuing my experiment of going into the archives with a sermon series I did about 10 years ago, titled: Jacob Have I Loved. It was during this study of the life of Jacob that I saw a pattern of how God does a deep work in us and through us. Let me know what you think and if you find it beneficial.
